Do you lead group retreats? Are you looking for your community’s next home base?

Nine Mountain hosts many different group retreats throughout the year. Our guests include yogis, meditation practitioners, activists, musicians, artists, spiritual groups, educators, and crafters. While retreat participants leave feeling inspired by the beauty and grace of this home and land, our retreat leaders – that’s you! – leave feeling nourished and supported by the ease of working with Nine Mountain’s warm and loving staff.

DETERMINING COSTS

Because of the unique nature of each visiting group, we tailor our services to your particular requirements. You will work with one of our managers to develop an understanding of your needs and expectations and how they can be accommodated. We charge for lodging and meals separately to allow for flexibility, as some groups choose to self-cater. Please note that non-profit organizations do pay lodging taxes in Massachusetts, but do not pay meal taxes. Please be prepared to provide a copy of your tax exemption letter, if relevant.

GROUP RETREAT OPTIONS

Is your group retreat a weekend retreat, a long weekend, or a week long? Or longer? What sort of menu will work best for you? Do you plan to cater your event yourself? What sort of equipment will best facilitate your activities? What is your schedule? Would you like us to arrange on-site massage, yoga or dance classes, or wood for a bonfire?

We know how many choices and decisions there are in organizing a group retreat. We delight in working out all of these logistics with you to help you create the most successful event possible – a retreat that flows easily, with clarity, focus, ease and grace – and create an environment that supports both teachers and participants in sharing a meaningful transformational experience.

Group retreats always have exclusive use of the Nine Mountain. This means that the only people on site are your participants, and Nine Mountain’s staff – our Resident Caretakers, and kitchen staff – who organize behind the scenes to create beautiful and nourishing meals, answer questions, fix what breaks and support you.

Please note that we focus on hosting group retreats. Ask us about personal retreats.
